Welcome to Top Desk Mat. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

2. Using this site
These terms cover everyone who uses www.topdeskmat.com and every order placed through it. By ordering, you confirm you're at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.
3. Products and orders
We sell desk mats and mouse pads that are printed after you order them. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.
- Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.
- Because production starts quickly, we can't guarantee changes after an order is placed — but email us straight away and we'll do what we can.
- You'll get a confirmation email, and a second one with tracking once your order ships.
- This doesn't affect your right to cancel after delivery where the law gives you one. See our Refund Policy.
We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if a price was listed in error, or if a product becomes unavailable. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay; any taxes that apply to your destination are shown before you confirm.
We accept major credit and debit cards plus the other methods shown at checkout, all handled through secure payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. Shipping to the United States is free with no minimum.

6. Returns and refunds
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
If you simply changed your mind, you have 14 days from delivery to return an unused item at your own postage cost. Full details in our Refund Policy.
7. Your data
How we collect, use and store your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
The designs, images, text and logos on this site belong to Top Desk Mat or are used under licence. Please don't reproduce, redistribute or resell them without written permission. Buying a desk mat gives you the mat, not the artwork on it.
9. Limitation of liability
We're not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, for misuse of this website, or for the site being temporarily unavailable.
None of this limits our responsibility for products that are faulty or not as described, or any other right you have under consumer law that can't be signed away.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Changes take effect when published here, and the date at the top always tells you when that was. The terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you placed it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law, where Top Desk Mat is established.
If something goes wrong, email us first — almost everything gets sorted that way. If it can't be, the courts of Barcelona have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection law in your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally. Customers in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom keep every right their own law gives them.
12. Product safety information (EU and Northern Ireland)

Product: generic brand desk mat. Customers in the EU and Northern Ireland have a two-year legal guarantee under EU consumer sales law.
Care: warm water and a little dish soap on a cloth. You don't need to soak the whole mat, just work the spot. For stubborn spots, use a soft-bristled brush. Air dry flat.
