Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

Every desk mat is printed after you order it, so we keep returns simple and honest: if something's wrong on our side, we fix it at our cost. If you changed your mind, you're covered too — you just cover the postage back.

If your order arrived damaged, faulty or wrong

Email info@topdeskmat.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. That's all we need.

We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer, and you keep the original — there's nothing to ship back and nothing to pay. This covers a printing flaw, damage in transit, or the wrong design or size arriving.

If you changed your mind

You have 14 days from delivery to ask for a return. The mat needs to be unused and in its original packaging.

  1. Email info@topdeskmat.com with your order number.
  2. We'll reply with the return address.
  3. You ship it back and cover the postage. We'd suggest a tracked service — until it reaches us, it's still your parcel.
  4. Once it arrives and we've checked it's unused, we refund the full price you paid for the item to your original payment method, within 5 business days.

Original shipping costs aren't refunded on a change-of-mind return. US orders ship free, so for most customers there's nothing to deduct.

Please don't send anything back before emailing us — packages that arrive unannounced can't be matched to an order.

Exchanges

We don't swap items directly. Return the one you have, and order the size or design you want whenever suits you.

Your statutory rights

If you're ordering from the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The steps above are how you do it, and the return postage is yours to cover, as set out here. Nothing in this policy limits your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Questions

Write to info@topdeskmat.com. Sofia reads every email and answers Monday to Friday, Central European Time. If something went wrong with your order, say so plainly — we'd rather fix it than argue about it.
