At Top Desk Mat, every product is made just for you. Our goal is to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience — from our workshop to your desk.


Production Time

All orders are made to order.
Production time: 2 – 3 business days
(Excludes weekends and holidays)

Standard 2 – 5 business days
Rest of the World Standard International 10 – 30 business days

Delivery times begin after production is complete and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs, or high-volume periods.


Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and method.
  • Free shipping may be available during special promotions or for orders over a certain value (e.g., $50).
  • Free shipping is calculated after discounts or promo codes are applied.


Carriers

We ship using USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or their local partners. We reserve the right to choose the most efficient carrier based on your location and delivery time.


Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
  • For international orders, tracking updates may continue under your local postal service once the package enters your country.


Customs, Duties & International Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country. These are not included in your order total or shipping fee and are paid upon delivery.


Shipping Protection (Optional)

You can add Shipping Protection at checkout for a small fee. This guarantees a replacement if your order is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Without this protection, Top Desk Mat is not liable for shipping-related issues caused by carriers.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an item is returned due to address issues, the customer will need to pay for re-shipping.

  • First, check your tracking link and contact the carrier for updates.
