Cat Desk Mats & Mouse Pads for Cat Lovers

How to choose your cat desk mat

Twenty-three cats, doing twenty-three different things.

Cats eating ramen

The design that built this shop. A black cat bent over a steaming bowl, warm light, a lot of noodle detail. It's the best-selling thing we make and it's the one that shows up in reviews. See the black cat eating ramen, and the version with a wrist rest if your wrist is the reason you're here.

Dark academia and cozy libraries

Cats among books and plants, lamplight, deep greens and browns. The most grown-up group here — these look like an illustration you chose rather than merch for a hobby. The cat library dark academia mat and the books, plants and cat are where to start.

Cats in space

Helmets, planets, zero gravity, no explanation offered. Bright and funny, and the group that works best on a gaming desk. The astronaut cats gaming mat and the kawaii space cat.

Lavender, florals and soft colour

Cats sitting in flowers, purple and sage palettes, nothing loud anywhere. These are the ones people buy for a bedroom desk rather than an office. The lavender cat with flowers and the aesthetic purple cat.

Seasonal cats

A witchy cat for October, snowy cats for December, ghosts optional. Worth knowing they exist, and worth knowing the snowy ones read as winter rather than Christmas, so they stay out until February. The witchy cat and the snowy winter cat.

Buying it for someone else

A cat mat is an easy gift because there's no size to guess and nothing to try on. If you don't know their taste, the dark academia designs are the safest — they work on any desk and they don't assume the person wants their hobby announced. The 16" × 32" is the size most people end up choosing.
